Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 November 2026.

Who we are

Kabara is a bulk SMS platform operated by Dynamic Consult Ltd, a company registered in South Sudan. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when your organization uses Kabara.

In this policy, "Kabara", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Dynamic Consult Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the organization and its authorized users.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you register an organization, manage users, request quota, upload contacts, send campaigns, and contact support. This may include organization details, names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing information, message content, and delivery reports.

We also collect technical information needed to operate the service securely, such as login times, IP addresses, browser details, audit records, and system logs. We do not sell personal information.

  • Account and organization information, including administrator names and contact details.
  • Contact information imported by your organization, including phone numbers and consent records.
  • Campaign content, sender IDs, delivery status, quota movements, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support conversations and any files or details you choose to share with us.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Kabara service, deliver messages, calculate segment usage and charges, issue invoices and receipts, provide delivery reports, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We may use aggregated and de-identified information to operate, secure, and improve the platform. We do not use your contact lists or message content for our own marketing.

Consent and opt-out

Your organization is responsible for obtaining the consent required to message each recipient and for honoring opt-out requests. Kabara supports suppression and blacklist handling so organizations can record and respect STOP requests.

If a recipient asks your organization to stop messaging, you must ensure that the number is suppressed and that no further messages are sent unless the recipient opts in again.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with mobile network operators and SMS gateway providers that deliver messages, and with service providers that support hosting, email, and payment administration. These providers process information for the limited purpose of providing their services.

We may disclose information where required by law, to investigate suspected unlawful or abusive activity, to protect the rights and safety of Kabara, our customers, or the public, or as part of a corporate transaction.

Data retention and security

We retain account, billing, audit, and delivery records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Contact data and message content are retained according to your organization's use of the service and applicable law.

We use access controls, encryption in transit where supported, audit logging, and operational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so you should keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You may review and update organization and user information in the portal. You may ask us about access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting kabara@dynamicsms.com. We will respond in line with applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.

Some records, such as invoices, receipts, quota movements, and audit entries, may need to be retained even after an account is closed.
